"I left State Farm two years ago and I received a text message from Tatiana.Informing me of State Farm’s auto rate’s decreases and she wanted to give me a new quote to see if I could possibly save some money.Due to a accident I wasn’t driving my previously insured vehicle.Weirdly enough though I had progressive insurance which was very expensive.She literally text me when I was feeling overwhelmed with my auto insurance.Like what are the odds of this ??!I kept putting off looking for new auto insurance rates because so much was happening at once.I let her know my situation and she was completely patient, empathetic, and supportive.She kept in contact with me until I was able and ready to switch.Now I’m paying a way more affordable full coverage auto and renters insurance.Thank you so much Tatiana.You didn’t have to keep in contact with me but you did and I truly appreciate your help dear.God bless you!!!"
